The Vanarama National League North campaign enters its second week with the visit of Spennymoor Town on Saturday afternoon (kick-off 3.00pm).

Fresh from their 4-0 defeat at Southport and 3-1 win over Alfreton Town, Adam Murray's side will be aiming for back-to-back home victories against a side who have won both of their opening fixtures.

The newly-promoted Moors were 1-0 victors over Stockport County on the opening day before winning 3-2 at FC United of Manchester in midweek.

Jason Ainsley's side won the Evo-Stik Northern Premier Division play-offs last season and are playing in National League North for the first time.

Murray will check on the status of his squad ahead of kick-off as the Pilgrims chase a positive result to build upon their victory over Alfreton.

Saturday afternoon's match referee is Garreth Rhodes and match updates will be available on Twitter.
