The Pilgrims play host to Bradford Park Avenue (kick-off 3.00pm) looking for the points to cement their standing in National League North for another season.
United will be safe regardless if Tamworth fail to win at Kidderminster Harriers or Alfreton Town lose at Brackley Town.
Manager Craig Elliott will be keen to see his side finish the job for themselves though and he will be looking to build upon a three-match unbeaten run which has harvested seven points against Kidderminster Harriers, Darlington and Spennymoor Town over the Easter period and beyond.
Elliott hopes to have Andi Thanoj and Kabongo Tshimanga back in contention after illness, although Brad McGowan and Jay Rollins remain sidelined through injury.
Avenue are currently one point and two places better off than the Pilgrims, but have played one game more. Bradford were 2-1 victors in the reverse fixture in September.
Saturday's match referee is Sam Mulhall and match updates will be available on Twitter.
