Boston United play host to Chorley in a re-arranged Vanarama National League North fixture on Tuesday evening.

The original fixture on January 14 was postponed due to a frozen pitch at The Jakemans Stadium but the sides will reconvene under the floodlights on Valentine’s Day.

United will be aiming to bounce back from successive defeats to Tamworth and Harrogate Town, while Chorley drew 3-3 at FC United of Manchester last time out having trailed 3-0 at half-time.

Adam Murray will be without the services of a clutch of players, with at least seven first teamers ruled out.

Adam Chapman is set to continue after making his debut on February 4, with the likes of Joe Fitzpatrick and Lewis Hilliard pushing for recalls alongside Chapman in midfield.

Last season’s corresponding fixture ended 2-1 to the Magpies, while they were victorious in this season’s reverse clash (2-0) in August.

Tuesday’s match referee is Richard Wild and kick-off is at 7.45pm.

Updates for those not in attendance will be available on Twitter.
