Fresh from midweek Emirates FA Cup replay success at Haughmond, the Pilgrims will be aiming to get back to winning ways in league action.
Their 2-1 win over North Ferriby United was the Pilgrims' last home league fixture, which was followed by successive away defeats to Blyth Spartans and Bradford Park Avenue.
United know that victory will ensure they close to within two points of their opponents on Saturday, who won 3-0 at home to FC United of Manchester in their last league fixture but were then beaten 3-0 at home by South Shields in the FA Cup.
Manager Adam Murray will have a full squad to choose from with the exception of midfielder Harry Vince, who completes his three-match suspension.
Last season's corresponding fixture ended 2-1 to the Quakers, despite Karl Hawley's first goal for the Pilgrims.
Saturday afternoon's match referee is Dean Watson and match updates will be available on Twitter.
