The Pilgrims were impressive 4-0 victors over Vauxhall Motors on Tuesday evening and with defenders Lee Canoville and Kevin Austin both struggling to shrug off illnesses, United could be unchanged.
Ryan Semple and Liam Parker are still sidelined too, so United are set to choose from the same 16 players who masterminded Tuesday’s big away win.
The continued absence of Canoville and Austin will afford defender Nathan Stainfield another opportunity to impress after he ended his four-month spell without first team action on Tuesday.
Opponents Gloucester are currently one point and two places behind the Pilgrims but have gleaned only 15 of their 39 points away from home.
Last season’s corresponding fixture ended 1-0 in the Pilgrims’ favour courtesy of a late Shaun Pearson header. Gloucester also won 1-0 at The Jakemans Stadium in the second round of the FA Trophy.
Saturday’s match referee is Alan Young.
Those not in attendance at The Jakemans Stadium can follow the action on United Live.
Fancy a flutter? Blue Square have the Pilgrims at 23/20 to beat the Tigers, while the draw is on offer at 9/4. Gloucester are priced 2/1.
