Both age groups narrowly lost the group matches meaning the under-14s faced a seventh/eighth play-off game against Peterborough United which after normal time ended 1-1 with Posh eventually winning 4-3 on penalties.
The under-16s lost their seventh/eighth play-off against Rotherham United 2-1.
Elsewhere, the under-10s lost 12-0 to Arsenal Soccer Schools. The under-11s lost 5-0 to Sheffield Wednesday's development squad and the under-14s lost narrowly 1-0 to Bedford Town.
The under-13s won 3-1 against Loughborough Dynamo. Blake Kenneally-Forrester scored twice and Sam Anthony scored once to complete the win.
