Boston United kicked off the Lincolnshire FA Under-21 Development League campaign with a 4-2 victory over CGB Humbertherm on Thursday night.
The Pilgrims overturned an early deficit to lead 3-1 before eventually going on to win 4-2 at the Bradley Stadium in Grimsby.
United's goalscorers were Mackenzie Overend (from the penalty spot), Calum Stewart, Tinashe Chavundura and Scott Floyd.
