Boston United have added an extra friendly to their pre-season schedule with a trip to Carlton Town on Saturday (kick-off 3.00pm).
The weekend had been left blank for a potential meeting against Grimsby Town in the Lincolnshire Senior Cup, but following Tuesday’s quarter-final exit to Gainsborough Trinity, the Pilgrims will now head to the Bill Stokeld Stadium instead.
Nottingham-based Carlton play in Evo-Stik Division One South.
United will conclude pre-season at the Meres Stadium on Tuesday evening with a clash against Evo-Stik Premier Division side Grantham Town (kick-off 7.45pm).
