Boston United contest their final home fixture of the Vanarama National League North campaign on Saturday with the visit of title-chasing AFC Fylde.

The Coasters know that victory will secure the title, regardless of Kidderminster Harriers’ result at Gainsborough Trinity, as they currently sit four points clear with two matches to play.

The Pilgrims will be aiming to delay the title celebrations by picking up a positive result against Dave Challinor’s side and make it four unbeaten on home soil.

Easter Monday’s 2-2 draw against Gloucester City followed comprehensive wins over Salford City and AFC Telford United.

Alex Simmons, if selected, will play the final match of his three-month loan spell from Lincoln City, while United will make a check on defender Nat Brown who missed the Easter weekend with a groin problem.

Last season’s corresponding fixture ended 3-0 to the Coasters, who were 9-2 victors over the Pilgrims at Mill Farm earlier this season.

Saturday’s match referee is Declan Bourne and kick-off is at 3.00pm.

Updates for those not in attendance will be available on Twitter.
