The Sutterton-based company have already sponsored 'The Jakemans Stadium' outright for a total of four seasons — and the extension will ensure that the sponsorship will have been in place for six seasons at the completion of the new contract.
Jakemans Confectioners is an independent, privately owned company specialising in the manufacture and distribution of quality, menthol-based confectionery. It was established in 1907 and has been operating in the Boston area since that date.
United commercial manager Craig Singleton told bufc.co.uk: "The support provided by Jakemans Confectioners is absolutely invaluable and we remain indebted to the board for their excellent backing.
"We would like to offer our thanks to Janet Groves, George Latham and George Tidy for agreeing to this new two-year contract and look forward to working with everybody concerned during the 2013-2014 and 2014-2015 seasons."
Jakemans Confectioners will continue their title sponsorship of the club's Community Day in 2013 and 2014.
George Tidy, operations director of Jakemans Confectioners, added: "This extension to our sponsorship deal will be our sixth and seventh years in partnership with Boston United and we look forward to many more in the future.
"During this time we have seen some great changes to the United in the Community programme, culminating in the Blue Square Bet North Community Club of the Year award in 2012 — a fantastic achievement and one of the key reasons for our ongoing stadium sponsorship.
"This partnership enables Jakemans to put something back into the local Boston community and what better way than through our commitment to our sponsorship programme with Boston United.
"I would like to thank David Newton and Neil Kempster and all of the team at Boston United for the incredible work they all do and wish them and the first team squad great success for the coming season."
