While Barrow and AFC Fylde are fighting it out for the title, the Pilgrims, Chorley and Guiseley are jockeying for third, fourth and fifth positions in the final standings.
If the Pilgrims defeat already-relegated Leamington on Saturday, they will be guaranteed third place and an away first leg on Wednesday April 29.
The second leg takes place on Saturday May 2, with the final scheduled for Saturday May 9.
