Ward (21), Stainfield (23) and Milnes (20) were among a host of players offered new terms for the 2012-2013 season and all three players put pen-to-paper on Tuesday afternoon.
Ward impressed as he established himself in Blue Square Bet North and scored four times in 33 outings during 2011-2012.
Stainfield excelled during the closing weeks of the campaign and scored twice in a total of 20 appearances during his debut season at The Jakemans Stadium.
Milnes, meanwhile, scored three times in 42 competitive appearances following his summer switch from Leicester City.
The triple retention of Ward, Stainfield and Milnes follows hot-on-the-heels of Conor Marshall signing a new deal.
