Sharp shooters Spencer Weir-Daley and Marc Newsham both netted twice as Boston United romped to a six-goal win in their opening pre-season friendly.
The Pilgrims were 6-0 victors over Sleaford Town at Eslaforde Park on Tuesday evening, with Kallum Smith also on target.
Ash Murrell had opened the scoring with a long-range own goal as Jason Lee's evolving squad proved too strong for the United Counties League side.
