Ben Davies could make his first start for Boston United when the Pilgrims travel to Bradford Park Avenue on Bank Holiday Monday.

The 37-year-old emerged from the bench during the closing stages of Saturday's 2-0 defeat by Spennymoor Town and could come into consideration should Craig Elliott make changes.

Cieron Keane is also in contention to make his United debut after completing a three-match suspension from his Alfreton Town days.

Grant Roberts is back available after missing Saturday's showdown against Spennymoor but Ashley Jackson (suspension) and Jay Rollins (injury) are sidelined.

Avenue climbed above the Pilgrims on Saturday courtesy of their impressive 2-1 win at Hereford FC. Mark Bower's side have collected seven points from nine on home soil.

Last season's corresponding fixture ended 2-1 to Bradford.

Monday's match referee is Dean Hulme.
