Boston United will be aiming to get back to winning ways when they entertain Chorley at The Jakemans Stadium on Saturday afternoon (kick-off 3.00pm).

Both sides suffered midweek defeats and finished with 10 men apiece — with United losing 2-1 at Tamworth and Chorley being beaten 4-1 at Harrogate Town.

United boss Adam Murray will assess his selection options ahead of kick-off as the Pilgrims target a second successive home win at the beginning of the campaign.

Murray's side are aiming to become the first United team to win their opening two home fixtures since 1999-2000.

Striker Gregg Smith serves the second of a three-match suspension.

Chorley's last visit to The Jakemans Stadium unfolded on Valentine's Day when the Pilgrims overturned a half-time deficit to win 3-1.

Saturday afternoon's match referee is Sam Barrott and match updates will be available on Twitter.
