United set for Diabetes UK event

Anyone living in the Boston area is encouraged to attend their Living Well with Diabetes event on Thursday April 25 at Boston United Football Club.

The event starts at 5.30pm with a light buffet available from 5.00pm. 

Come and meet healthcare professionals and improve your knowledge and understanding of Type 2 diabetes.  

This is a friendly inter-active session covering all the potential complications and how to manage diet and keep active.

We want to support people living with T2 to effectively manage their condition and live well - so come along and have a chat with your local community healthcare professionals.
