Boston United travel to Stalybridge Celtic on Saturday knowing that victory would seal the final play-off place in Vanarama National League North.

The Pilgrims need to better Nuneaton Town’s result against Hednesford Town to secure fifth place and could even move up to fourth if Harrogate Town fail to beat Corby Town.

Three points is the sole aim for the Pilgrims at Bower Fold though and Dennis Greene expects to have a virtually fully-fit squad to choose from, with full-back Liam Marrs (ankle) remaining the only doubt.

Marrs could figure for the Pilgrims if they qualify for the play-offs but is unlikely to be ready in time to face Celtic on Saturday.

Opponents Stalybridge have only lost twice in their last 10 outings and currently sit 12th in the standings, having won 3-0 at The Jakemans Stadium in February.

Last season’s corresponding fixture ended 1-1, with Scott Garner on target for the Pilgrims.
