The curtain comes down on the Vanarama National League North campaign when Boston United visit Curzon Ashton on Saturday.

The Pilgrims hit the road in pursuit of their sixth away win of the season against a side whom they boast a 100 percent record against.

This season’s reverse fixture ended 3-1 in the Pilgrims’ favour in December, following 2-1 and 2-0 home-and-away successes last season.

United boss Adam Murray is likely to select from a predominantly unchanged squad for the fixture which will decide who finishes 14th and 15th in the final standings.

The Pilgrims will finish 14th if they win at the Tameside Stadium — but will finish 15th with a draw or a defeat.

Alex Simmons has returned to Lincoln City at the end of his loan spell with the Pilgrims while the players already informed that they will not be receiving new contracts will not feature this weekend.
