The seventh annual Pilgrim Cup — kindly sponsored by Drayton Motors — takes place at RAF College Cranwell over the weekend.

Over 200 teams are entered into the tournament, staged on Saturday and Sunday, with sponsorship provided by the club's main shirt sponsors.

The likes of Norwich City, Nottingham Forest, Derby County and Peterborough United provide the headline names within the record field of entries.

Grimsby Town and Lincoln City — along with various Pilgrims' teams — provide a strong Lincolnshire presence in the tournament.

Tournament organiser Lewis Thorogood told bufc.co.uk: "The intention of the Pilgrim Cup was always to stage an elite development tournament in the right environment and settings, one that is unique to this area and beyond, showcasing the talents of elite youth development football."

Updates on the Pilgrim Cup will be available on Twitter via @BostonUnitedCOE and @PilgrimsUITC.
