This is the Pilgrims second game in three days against higher league opposition on home soil.
The game against the Stags is re-arranged from last Saturday and will give boss Jason Lee another chance to assess his squad ahead of the new season.
Looking ahead to the match, Lee said: "Mansfield have a good squad — one that should see them as contenders in the Blue Square Premier. It will be another important test for us but we will hope to take something from the match. A clean sheet, victory and no injuries would be nice but we know it will be a tough challenge.”
United's last encounter against Paul Cox's men was last pre-season when the Stags ran out 4-1 winners with Liam Parker scoring the only goal for the Pilgrims.
Admission is £8 and £4 in terracing areas and £10 and £5 in the Fantasy Island Stand.
Updates will be available on the club’s official @bostonunited Twitter feed.
