Lincolnshire Senior Cup action is on the agenda at The Jakemans Stadium on Tuesday evening (kick-off 7.45pm).

Boston United entertain Gainsborough Trinity for the right to face Grimsby Town at home on Saturday.

Lincoln City subsequently await in the final — later in the season — after they defeated Scunthorpe United 1-0 in the first semi-final.

The Pilgrims will be without the services of suspended trio Stefan Galinski, Kaine Felix and Charley Sanders for the visit of Trinity.

Galinski was sent off against Worcester City on the final day of last season, while Felix will serve a suspension carried over from his St Neots Town days and Sanders will begin a ban incurred during his loan spell at King’s Lynn Town.

Marc Newsham is also absent as he continues his rehabilitation from a long-standing knee injury.

Trinity were 2-0 victors over United at the same stage of last season’s competition, courtesy of goals from ex-Pilgrims Mark Jones and John Williams.

The Jakemans (Town End) Stand is closed for this fixture, while travelling Gainsborough fans will be segregated in the Lincolnshire Co-operative Stand.
