The 2-0 victory over the Tigers followed a resounding 4-0 away win over Vauxhall Motors on Tuesday as the Pilgrims moved to within nine points of the play-off positions.

Canoville is urging the United players to ‘take one match at a time’ and has insisted the Pilgrims will be better placed to know where their season is heading at the end of March.

The joint manager targeted three more points at Worcester City on Saturday.
