Boston United striker Mark Jones was handed the matchball and man-of-the-match champagne following his hat-trick exploits on Tuesday evening.
Jones bagged goals in minutes 28, 34 and 77 to help the Pilgrims chalk up a resounding 6-0 win over Histon.
The former Deeping Rangers striker admitted he was delighted to get off-and-running in front of his new home crowd.
Jones targeted further goals in the near future and previewed Saturday's home clash against Hinckley United.
