Adam Murray and Martyn Bunce have reflected on behind-the-scenes restructuring of the club's elite football set-up.
Bunce has relinquished his assistant manager duties to start a new role overseeing all aspects of the club's under-21s, youth team and Centre of Excellence structures.
He will also have a role with Wisbech Town moving forward, while Karl Hawley will officially become Murray's second-in-command with the first team.
