Boston United midfielder Harry Vince has celebrated his 18th birthday by signing his first contract with the Pilgrims.

Vince, who has started the Pilgrims’ last four matches of the Vanarama National League North campaign, has committed his future to the club by signing a contract until the end of next season.

He has made six senior appearances in total so far this season.

The paperwork to tie the Boston-born player to the club was ratified by the Football Association and the National League on Thursday morning and he will be eligible to continue his United career against Salford City at The Jakemans Stadium on Saturday afternoon.

Vince remains available for selection for United’s table-topping youth team too, having netted 12 goals in 15 appearances for Martyn Bunce’s side so far this season.

Furthermore, Vince is a student at Boston United Sports College. Want to follow in his footsteps? Click here to read more about forthcoming trial opportunities.
