Striker Ahkeem Rose has returned to Grimsby Town but his Mariners colleague Max Wright will remain at The Jakemans Stadium for a further month.
Rose (19) netted twice in four appearances for the Pilgrims but could feature for Michael Jolley's side against Port Vale on Saturday.
Wright (20), meanwhile, has netted once in four outings for United and will now remain with the Pilgrims until November 10.
Elsewhere, Blackpool attacker Yusifu Ceesay (23) has returned to Bloomfield Road following two appearances for the Pilgrims in September.
