Bio: Goalkeeper Ricky Drury was handed a first team squad place ahead of the 2011-2012 campaign — having successfully understudied Paul Bastock during the closing weeks of the 2010-2011 season. The Boston-born stopper played for the club’s Centre of Excellence and youth team during his teenage years — before leaving in search of regular first team football. He rejoined United reserves from Sleaford Town in 2010 — and made his first team debut in Blue Square Bet North against Harrogate Town in March 2011. Drury also started the Lincolnshire Senior Shield final against Stamford AFC — and followed it up with another appearance against Lincoln United at the beginning of 2011-2012. He made three league appearances (against Gloucester City, Harrogate and FC Halifax Town) towards the end of 2011-2012 and was offered a new deal during the summer months.
Previous Clubs: Sleaford Town, Quorn (loan), Holbeach United (loan).
