Boston United 1-2 Banbury United

The Pilgrims led inside four minutes against Banbury United, following a foul on Kelsey Mooney, but the hosts lost Woods to injury before half-time and worse was to follow after the break.

Tai Fleming scored the equaliser at the mid-point of the second half and substitute Adi Yussuf won it for the Puritans with 11 minutes to play.

Mooney had been felled by Fleming in the fourth minute, with WOODS coolly slamming home his third successful spot-kick of the season.

Visiting keeper Jack Harding subsequently made a fine save to deny Mooney a quickfire second - and later denied the United number 9's close-range header.

Woods was withdrawn four minutes before the break - but United held their advantage at the interval. They had two further opportunities through Mooney directly after half-time, but Harding twice saved well.

Banbury levelled in the 68th minute when FLEMING took down Lawson D'Ath's ball into the box and fired firmly past Cameron Gregory.

Inexplicably, Banbury completed their turnaround 11 minutes later when YUSSUF buried a low drive inside the penalty area despite a whiff of handball.
