Boston United are back on the road in Vanarama National League North on Saturday.

The Pilgrims make their first league trip to Gateshead (kick-off 3.00pm) since February 1993, although they have since contested an FA Trophy tie and pre-season friendly on the same ground.

Both sides have lost only one of their opening nine fixtures, with Mike Williamson's team having won three and drawn five, compared to United's four wins and four draws.

Gateshead were demoted from the National League at the end of last season due to financial problems, but have adapted well to life back at Step 2 of the pyramid.

United welcome Mansfield Town loanee Lewis Gibbens back into the fold for the first time since January, following his arrival back from Field Mill on Friday.

The Pilgrims will still be without the services of on-loan York City striker Jake Wright, although the frontman is making good progress from his hamstring injury.

Saturday's match referee is Richard Holmes.
