Boston United return from their Covid-19 isolation period to face high-flying AFC Fylde at Mill Farm on Saturday afternoon.

The Pilgrims will contest their first fixture since their abandonment at Darlington on November 10 but their assignment will be a tough one against the full-time title favourites.

United boss Craig Elliott expects to have a full squad to choose from, with new signing Mitch Rose in contention to make his debut against the Coasters.

The Pilgrims will be aiming to continue their unbeaten and impressive start to the campaign against a Fylde side who have enjoyed a largely positive run too.

They are unbeaten at home and suffered their only defeat to date at Curzon Ashton (2-0).

The last meeting between the sides saw Fylde clinch the National League North title at York Street in 2017, courtesy of a 3-0 victory, following a 9-2 win in the reverse fixture four years ago.
