Staged at the prestigious Celtic Manor Resort in Newport, the annual AGM and dinner witnessed the Pilgrims returning to Lincolnshire with three accolades under their belts.
United were named as Blue Square Bet North ‘Community Club of the Year’ for 2011-2012 — and collected a £10,000 cheque to boot.
Pilgrims’ chairman David Newton and vice-chairman Neil Kempster accepted the cheque from Lord Faulkner of Worcester and Susan O’Brien of the Football Conference Trust.
Elsewhere, the club’s official matchday programme ‘The Pilgrim’ scooped the Blue Square Bet North ‘Programme of the Year’ award.
The popular publication has now won the main divisional award in two of the last three seasons that United have played Conference football.
United’s Craig Singleton was also named as Blue Square Bet North ‘Press Officer of the Year’ for 2011-2012.
