Richard Boryszczuk joined the Pilgrims as chief scout in 2013 but left during the 2017-2018 campaign to take up a similar role under former England striker Kevin Davies at Southport. However, he returned for a second spell in the summer of 2018 with Craig Elliott preparing for his first full season in charge at The Jakemans Stadium.Squad
