New manager Martyn Bunce is centring his approach on youth — but is adding a small group of more experienced local players to supplement the promising youngsters.

Pinner, 27, has previously played for the likes of Boston Town and Wisbech Town.

Midfielder Adam Lester, 24, has also joined the Pilgrims’ reserve team set-up for 2012-2013.

The pair signed the paperwork at The Jakemans Stadium on Friday afternoon.

The likes of Nick Bishop, Tony Edwards and Tom Sergeant have already joined former manager Glen Maddison at Sleaford Town.
