The 29-year-old, who is well on the road to recovery following an ankle ligament injury sustained at Chorley on April 5, has been a key player for the Pilgrims since his return to the club in August 2020.
Reflecting on the retention of his Number 9, manager Paul Cox said: “I am delighted that Jordan has committed his future to the club.
“Although his appearances have only been fleeting since I have been here, he more than demonstrated his worth in the games he played and his overall value to the whole team is evident for all to see.
“I am looking forward to working with Jordan next season.”
Burrow has scored 12 goals for the Pilgrims across 44 starts and 13 substitute outings, which began with a loan spell from Chesterfield in 2011.
