Former York City centre forward Chris Dickinson (19) has joined the Pilgrims alongside ex-Hull City midfielder Niall Doran (18).

The newcomers are in the squad for Saturday’s clash against title favourites Barrow at The Jakemans Stadium.

Dickinson (pictured) made two senior appearances for York last season and also spent a loan spell with Whitby Town.

Doran, meanwhile, is Boston-born and links up with the Pilgrims after his departure from Hull.
