With more than 17 years of community work, Boston United Community Foundation has established itself as a leading Community Sports coaching organisation supporting people in Boston and South Lincolnshire. We use the power of sport and the Boston United brand to inspire and educate people from all backgrounds.
Working in partnership with Boston United FC, the Community Foundation offers a range of programmes in Schools, Education and Training, Sports Participation, Health and Wellbeing, Football Development, and Inclusion. We are looking to expand our range of delivery and facilities staff to help us meet the charities’ objectives. Roles are available full-time and part-time.

We currently have the following vacancies available below:
1. Head of Football – Full time. Closing Date: 12 noon on Monday 16 May 2022. We anticipate interviews will take place w/c Monday 23rd May.
2. PE and School Sports Lead – Full time. Closing date: 12 noon on Monday 2nd May 2022. We anticipate interviews for these roles will take place w/c Monday 9th May & Monday 16th May.
3. Football Development Coach(es) – Casual. Closing date: 12 noon on Monday 2nd May 2022. We anticipate interviews for these roles will take place w/c Monday 9th May & Monday 16th May.
4. Assistant Football Development Coach(es) – Casual. Closing date: 12 noon on Monday 2nd May 2022. We anticipate interviews for these roles will take place w/c Monday 9th May & Monday 16th May.
5. HAF Activities Worker(s) – Casual. Closing date: 12 noon on Monday 2nd May 2022. We anticipate interviews for these roles will take place w/c Monday 9th May & Monday 16th May.
6. 3G Facilitator(s) – Casual. Closing date: 12 noon on Monday 2nd May 2022. We anticipate interviews for these roles will take place w/c Monday 9th May & Monday 16th May.
