Tuesday evening’s Eslaforde Park encounter will see Jones making his first United appearance after completing his move from Corby Town in May.
Goalkeeper Dan Haystead will also be on show after returning to The Jakemans Stadium earlier in the summer.
For Jason Lee and Graham Hyde it will be the first opportunity to assess their squad in a match situation against a Sleaford side now managed by former United reserve team boss Glen Maddison.
Lining up against the Pilgrims will be a number of their former reserve team players — including the likes of Tony Edwards, Richard Jackson, Tom Sergeant and Nathan Rawdon.
Kick-off at Eslaforde Park is 7.45pm — with admission priced at £3 for adults and FREE for accompanied under-16s.

Meanwhile, Martyn Bunce's first match in charge of United reserves takes place at Newark Road in Lincoln where Lincoln Moorlands Railway (managed by ex-Pilgrim Matt Carmichael) are the opposition (kick-off 7.00pm).
