The 18-year-old arrives from National League side Scunthorpe United, having spent the last two months on loan with Northern Premier League high-flyers Gainsborough Trinity, making 12 appearances in the process.

Lewis' initial loan spell will run until January 7 – and he will wear squad number 27 during his time at the Jakemans Community Stadium.
