Preview - Aldershot Town

Craig Singleton7 Apr - 12:17

Boston United travel to Aldershot Town on Tuesday evening to play their game in hand in the National League (kick-off 7.45pm).

Graham Coughlan’s men will be aiming to bounce back from their 1-0 defeat at Wealdstone seven days ago – having been inactive on Saturday due to Aldershot’s continued involvement in the Isuzu FA Trophy.

The Shots secured a last-gasp victory over arch rivals Woking to reach the Wembley showpiece – and will now return to league business against the Pilgrims.

Although results elsewhere on Saturday were not entirely favourable, United remain only goal difference away from safety and will climb above Dagenham & Redbridge should they avoid defeat at the EBB Stadium.

The sides shared the points at the Jakemans Community Stadium earlier in the season, with Jacob Hazel equalising Josh Barrett’s first half strike.

This will be the first-ever competitive meeting between the sides in Hampshire.

LIVE COVERAGE
The match will be shown live on National League TV.

The game will also be streamed live in Ellenders Bar & Restaurant (open from 11.30am). Their normal food menu will be available from 5.30pm.

Elsewhere, BBC Radio Lincolnshire full-match commentary, courtesy of Rob Makepeace and Mark Hone, is available.

X updates will be available via @bostonunited throughout the evening.

TICKETS
Tickets for away supporters can be purchased here.

KIT WATCH
United will be wearing their home kit of amber and black.
