It will be a first-ever trip to Station Approach to face the reigning Southern League Central champions (kick-off 7.45pm).
Andy Whing's side are unbeaten in their last 15 league matches – a run stretching back to January. They have beaten Curzon Ashton and AFC Fylde in their opening fixtures as a National League North outfit to add to 13 matches unbeaten at the end of last season.
Boston will be aiming to bounce back from successive defeats to Southport and Gloucester City – and will hope to welcome back defender Jean Leroy Belehouan from injury.
Jordon Crawford was withdrawn during the first half at Gloucester on Saturday – and will be assessed ahead of kick-off.
There have been no previous encounters between the two Uniteds.
