The two promotion hopefuls go head-to-head at the Jakemans Community Stadium as seventh entertains fourth with the conclusion of the regular campaign only a fortnight away.
The two sides have been regular opponents since 2012-2013 – and both teams are once again in the end-of-season promotion mix.
Brackley, managed by Gavin Cowan, were 2-1 victors in the reverse fixture earlier in the season, despite a Brad Nicholson reply for the Pilgrims.
Nicholson will miss out on Saturday through suspension, but manager Ian Culverhouse will check on the fitness of midfielder Keziah Martin and striker Jacob Hazel, who have returned to training.
Last season's corresponding fixture ended 1-0 to the Pilgrims, with Tom Nixon on target.
