Boston United are back under the floodlights at the Jakemans Community Stadium on Tuesday evening.

The Pilgrims entertain Buxton (kick-off 7.45pm) in a re-arranged fixture following its original postponement due to a frozen pitch on January 20.

The match will see former United manager Craig Elliott returning to Pilgrim Way for the first time since his departure from the hotseat in January 2022.

He will be joined by United fans' favourites Luke Shiels and Jake Wright, who remain part of Elliott's squad.

Boston boss Ian Culverhouse will make checks on the fitness of midfield duo Martin Woods (hamstring) and Keziah Martin (hip flexor). Striker Jacob Hazel remains United's only long-term absentee.

The reverse fixture, on the opening day of the season, ended 1-1, with Kelsey Mooney cancelling out an opener from ex-Pilgrim Jordan Burrow, who has since moved to Worksop Town.
