The Pilgrims head to The Shay to face FC Halifax Town (kick-off 7.45pm) in their fifth away fixture of the campaign to date.

Barring a last-gasp 2-1 defeat at league leaders Boreham Wood, United have been impressive on the road in winning at Solihull Moors and Forest Green Rovers, either side of a hard-fought draw at Tamworth.

United boss Paul Hurst will be without the services of defender Jake Rooney, who begins a two-match suspension for his red card against AFC Fylde on Saturday.

International duty trio Nicholas Pozo, Kai Mauro and Ollie Bostock are also absent.

Last season's corresponding fixture ended 2-1 to the Shaymen in Hurst's first game back at the United helm.
