The Pilgrims entertain Gateshead (kick-off 3.00pm) at the Jakemans Community Stadium – with survival tantalisingly within reach.
United will be aiming to bounce back from their last-gasp 3-2 reversal at Solihull Moors, at the same time Gateshead were suffering defeat by the same scoreline at Hartlepool United.
Key performers Cameron Green and Frankie Maguire both sat out the defeat at Damson Park – and all eyes will be on whether they make a return against the Tynesiders.
Long-term absentees Michael Bostwick, Mitch Roberts, Oisin Gallagher and Dan Adshead remain sidelined, although Roberts has returned to training after being ruled out since mid-September.
United were beaten 2-0 at the International Stadium in this season's reverse fixture, but did respond with a 3-1 away win (at Stockton Town) against Gateshead in the Isuzu FA Trophy in January.
