The Pilgrims, aiming to build upon their 3-0 victory over Buxton in their first match under Ian Culverhouse on Tuesday evening, head to Staffordshire at the second qualifying round stage (kick-off 3.00pm).
Lichfield operate at Step 5 and have taken 10 points from a possible 12 so far this season, as well as beating Belper United, Bugbrooke St Michaels and Stourport Swifts (after a replay) in the FA Cup.
United will still be without the services of suspended duo Lebrun Mbeka and Jaanai Gordon, as well as injured trio Tom Platt, Brad Abbott and Jordan Burrow.
The winners will progress to the third qualifying round draw, which will be published at 1.00pm on Tuesday – delayed 24 hours due to the Queen's state funeral on Monday.
Should a replay be required, it will be staged at the Jakemans Community Stadium on Tuesday (kick-off 7.45pm).
