The Pilgrims make their first-ever visit to the Mazuma Mobile Stadium to face the Shrimps, who left the Jakemans Community Stadium with a resounding 4-0 victory in October.

Ashvir Singh Johal's side still currently find themselves in the bottom four – and are four points behind the Pilgrims ahead of kick-off.

They have chalked up three wins and two draws from 10 home matches so far this season.

United boss Graham Coughlan will hope to have more selection options at his disposal, with Norwich City loanee Ken Aboh back in contention, while checks will be made on others.

United's last visit to Morecambe unfolded in April 2002 when they clinched a crucial midweek point at Christie Park in their pursuit of the Nationwide Conference title.
