Preview - Oldham Athletic

Craig Singleton3 Mar - 19:57

Boston United entertain Oldham Athletic at the Jakemans Community Stadium on Tuesday evening (kick-off 7.45pm).

It will be the first-ever league meeting between the sides in Boston - with a solitary FA Cup encounter taking place in 1952.

The Pilgrims closed the gap to safety to nine points on Saturday courtesy of their 3-1 win at Dagenham & Redbridge, with Jacob Hazel, Jai Rowe and Adam Marriott on target.

Oldham were beaten 3-0 at home by title chasers Barnet on Saturday to extend their own winless run to five matches.

Goalkeeper Tom Donaghy, who played two games on loan for United in January, could feature for Oldham following a permanent move from Fleetwood Town.

Latics were 4-0 victors over the Pilgrims in this season's reverse fixture at Boundary Park.

LIVE COVERAGE
The match will be shown live on National League TV.

Elsewhere, BBC Radio Lincolnshire full-match commentary, courtesy of Dale Storey and Peter Costello, is available online.

Updates on X will be available via @bostonunited throughout the evening.
