Fresh from Tuesday evening's dramatic penalty shootout victory over Alfreton Town at the Impact Arena, the Pilgrims now head to Glanford Park in what they hope proves to be the second part of a promotion trilogy (kick-off 3.00pm).
The sides drew 1-1 at the Jakemans Community Stadium in October and 2-2 at Glanford Park in January – with the Pilgrims fighting back from three deficits across the two games.
Jordan Richards, Tom Leak and Jacob Hazel were the Pilgrims' goalscorers against the Iron – in the first league meetings between the sides since 2004-2005.
United boss Ian Culverhouse will check on the fitness of his troops, who completed 120 gruelling minutes in Derbyshire on Tuesday.
Should the match remain level after 90 minutes, it will head to extra-time and potentially penalties.
The Pilgrims would like to remind supporters regarding spectator behaviour, including the prohibited use of pyrotechnics.
