The 3.00pm kick-off, which sees the Iron's away allocation already SOLD OUT, will pit together the last two National League North promotion final winners.
The Pilgrims defeated Brackley Town in 2024, having toppled Scunthorpe in the semi-finals, while the Iron earned promotion a year later after beating Chester FC.
Under the guidance of one-time Pilgrim Andy Butler, the Iron have made a strong start to life back in the top tier of non-league football, losing only one game to date (1-0 at home to Carlisle United).
Ex-Pilgrims Jean Belehouan, Joe Starbuck and Billy Chadwick could all line-up for the Iron on Saturday.
Boston will welcome defender Tommy Fogarty back into the fold after international duty, while Marcel Lavinier is expected to be involved too – having committed his immediate future to the club this week.
