The Pilgrims head to National League South champions Truro City (kick-off 3.00pm) in their third away fixture of the season.
United have endured mixed fortunes away from home so far – with their 3-2 win at Aldershot Town being followed by a 2-0 defeat at Eastleigh.
Lenell John-Lewis and Greg Sloggett have netted all five of United's goals between them so far – with manager Graham Coughlan still facing a selection headache with injuries affecting his squad.
The likes of Jordan Cropper, Zak Mills, Frankie Maguire, Liam Waldock and Jacob Hazel will all miss out in Cornwall.
The Tinners, who could include ex-Pilgrims Aidan Stone, Sam Sanders and Lirak Hasani, have lost all five matches to date since their promotion to Step 1, including Bank Holiday Monday's last-gasp 2-1 reversal at the hands of Boreham Wood.
